The Colron Refined range has been developed using the finest traditional ingredients combined with time-honored methods used by generations of craftsmen. Colron Refined Liming Wax provides a limed effect to interior wood and furniture. Containing a blend of natural waxes, including beeswax, it feeds and enriches the wood enhancing the natural beauty of the wood grain. For best results use on open grained and darker woods eg Oak. Suitable for most interior wood including furniture, shelving, paneling and doors.

Description

Preparation:

Remove all previous coatings and sand thoroughly. Wipe over with white spirit to remove dust. Avoid the inhalation of dust. Wear a suitable face mask when sanding. Test for color on a small area before application.

Application:

1. Apply a thick coat of Colron Refined Liming Wax using a soft lint free cloth and finish in the direction of the grain.

2. Allow to dry for 10 minutes and then buff off in the direction of the grain with a clean lint free cloth.

3. Additional coats may be applied to to increase the limed effect – leaving an hour between coats.

Warning:

This product is not recommended for areas where there is direct contact with water, floors or for chairs/seating areas. If water is spilt on the surface, gently dab with an absorbent dry cloth or tissue, do not rub. Allow to dry and re-apply Colron Liming Wax.
