Preparation
\nClean any surrounding grout lines with Ronseal Grout Cleaner and wipe down with a lint free cloth. Ensure all areas of damaged grout are repaired prior to decoration. Clean tiles thoroughly with a cleaner containing bleach to remove all dust, dirt and grease and wipe down with a lint-free cloth.
\nApplication
\n1.Enshure the room is well ventilated.
\n2.Stir well before and during use.
\n3.Apply one coat evenly using a natural bristle brush, working into the grout lines. For best results, ensure each tile is finished in a vertical direction.
\n4.A second coat may be required if painting over a strong color or pattern. Allow 24 hours between coats( low temperature, high humidity and poor ventilation will extend drying and re-coat times)
\n5.After 24 hours, redefine grout lines using Ronseal One Coat Pen
\nClean up
\nRemove as much of the products as possible from brushes before cleaning. Clean brushes immediately with white spirit or paint brush cleaner. Do not empty product into drains or watercourses. Some local authorities have special facilities for the disposal of waste coatings.
\nMaintenance
\nAvoid abrasive cleaners and clean regularly with a detergent solution. Immediately after application keep the area dry and free from humidity for 48 hours Avoid prolonged contact with water for 72 hours. Within this time ensure water or splashes are immediately cleaned off the surface after use. This product contains fungicide for the purpose of preserving the coating against mold fungal growth
